Project Description

Encompassing the coastline from Caloundra to Rainbow Beach and the lush countryside of the hinterland, the beauty of this region is ideally placed for experiencing the intimacy of chamber music in beautiful locations.

The inaugural Sunshine Coast Chamber Music Festival (SSCMF) will be presented from 18 to 20 June 2021.

Sunshine-Coast based cellist and producer Louise King is the Artistic Director and has curated a bold and ambitious program of live performances with dynamic Australian festival artists.

Performances will feature a diverse range of music hosted in spaces, places, venues and intimate hinterland halls across the Sunshine Coast region.

The Board is raising funds for the inaugural Festival and for future annual festivals.
